maybe the chest of Demons DID belong to Pandora. They never did give the chest of demons a backstory before Boggle and Weerd tricked Scooby and Shaggy into opening it. I also remembered that Boggle and Weerd weren't able to open the chest themselves.

then again it is hinted by some ghosts that Vincent Van Ghoul was the one reponcible for trapping the ghosts in that chest in the first place due to their evil destructive nature... then again the chest of demons has little background anyway. I don't even know what ghost number 13 was.

They never got that far a lot of the ghosts in the show that they fought were not original inmates of the chests. I think maybe like 2 villains they actually fought were supposed to have been from the original 13.
