Chibi tutorial by Eliantart is a nice way to start drawing chibies.
First of all, it's really simple, which makes it perfect for beginners or those who never drew chibies before. And it's rare to find a good tutorial that really works for beginners.
Second, you don't have to read a lot of useless stuff. The descriptions are minimal. Pictures say all for themselves. The tutorial features only the most necessary moments but still sufficient to draw a cute chibi. It shows auxiliary lines that stand out and by this remind artists of their importance. Also the steps in the tutorial have a clear logic.
What I like about this tutorial is that it leaves us some space for imagination - it doesn't force us to follow this style directly but gives us a general idea and useful hints.
And of course I'd like to mention cute and funny illustrations that turn learning into pleasure.
