AN EXPLANATION:The dialouge in the comic is the actual dialouge from Pokemon HG/SS.
Its memorable because whenever you meet Eusine he doesnt seem to want battle/catch or even talk to Suicune which made me wonder why hes chasing it.
Then when he suddenly proclaimed he was going to be "more aggressive" I couldnt help but think WHAT THE HELL IS HE GOING TO DO TO IT?!
The very fact hes also wearing a cape does not bode well for his sanity.
