Storm aka Ororo Munroe from Marvel's X-Men.
Because I just recently watched the movies and THEY ARE FRIGGIN AMAZING. Now I gotta start reading the comics.
Storm is my favorite character, I absolutely adore her. And I think she's very very pretty. So why not try painting her? Well. I'm pretty proud of it, it's definitely one of my best paintings so far. Don't know how long it took, about 10 hours maybe. I'm not sure if it looks any like her, oh well, I had fun with it.

EDIT: Finally fixed the hairline. I realized that she actually has a widow's peak quite some time after I drew this.
