New OC, Nine. Probably the only one of my characters that's actually rather sane, other than Luke. XD

Finished this to kick off the new year, happy new year everyone~ <3

Lil bit of info on this guy now:
He's a Wood Elf, or some form thereof. His tail is a little strange and really long, but he doesn't mind it. Yes, pulling the leaves on it does hurt.
The markings on his face have been there since birth, as have the blue tint on the tip of his ears. He dyed the leaves on his tail blue to match his outfits and markings (they were originally green)
Likes cards, blue and anything X shaped.
Very gentleman-like. Always willing to help someone in need. Nine is also very silly and a child at heart.
Loves magic tricks, and is actually a warlock. Nine can't cast superhugeBANG spells yet, but he's working on it.
Likes carrying around a modified 'Forbid' sign. He painted another stripe on it and colored the red parts blue.
Nine becomes a friend to Love later and tries to tame his insane personality and turn him into a nicer person.
