Description Just a little Balto .

After years of being a GIMP user, I've finally figured out how to color my linearts (which is ridiculously easy, actually) >__<

you're welcome. .  May I ask what the easy line-art trick was?

Of course .  First off, make sure that your lineart is drawn on a different layer from everything else.  On the 'layers' menu, you should see the words 'lock.'  Next to it, you'll see a paint brush and something that looks like a checker board.  Click on the one that looks like a checker board (lock alpha layer).  This makes it so that if you color on this layer, only the lines that you've already drawn will be affected.  Choose the colors you want your lines to be and then draw over your lineart.

It usually works nicely if you select colors that are slightly darker than the colors of your character, but you can use any colors that you want .  (hope this helps!)
