I'm sure all the brawlers would get fan and giftmail, at the brawl house.Lucario would probably get a lot of chocolate, even though he's not the one from the movie.

I believe the Brawl developers intended for Luc to be the one from the movie. Consider.
*No pokeball appearance.
*telepathic speech. The only Lucario that can officially speak is Sir Aaron's from the movie.
*Quotes similar to Sir Aaron's Lucario.
I have seen several other points, but can't think of them at the moment.
...But even then, I doubt the Lucario enjoys chocolate that much. I could send him a homegrown tomato.

Wait, if it's not the one from the movie...then what's with the whole "The Aura is with me" lines he says? Even Lucario's one event is named straight from a movie quote.
No other Lucario can use the Aura to track people/see things (taught to only one Lucario by Sir Aaron, and [Aaron] died soon after), or talk with telepathically, for that matter. Or maybe Brawl took place chronologically before the eighth movie...?
And if he really isn't that Lucario, why doesn't he make his entrance in a Poke'ball then?

What makes you think only that Lucario can see using aura?
The movie one had specialised training, but other Lucario can use basic aura, like Maylene's or Riley's Lucario in the anime.
I think Lucario in general just have an aura fetish.

I know, but it was just presented that way in the movie. Plus there are WAY too many obvious connections between the movie Lucario and the one in Brawl to make me think that they are actually different Lucario.
