Why she's riding an out of control balloon, you ask? Well, I can only blame a CERTAIN pony with balloons for a cutie mark.

There's plenty of Balloon/Party Ponies now with Cheese, Party Favor and Twisty Pop. Sometimes I wonder if they have some secret society where they get together in Eyes Wide Shut costumes for secret party rituals. Surprise has been around the longest and was Lauren's proto-basis for G4 Pinkie and it's more or less canon that Surprise is in FIM as the white, blonde Wonderbolt (who finally got a couple lines a while back, voiced by Claire Corlett). I honestly wish Razzaroo from G3 makes an appearance. I liked her. Also, Ponyacci.
