The fans were basically those large paper fans, in pink.
I simply painted the flowers on with various shades of magenta/pink using a stencil.
Then I added the green ribbon for the trimming on the fan's edge.
The individual flowers along the edge was made of painted heat shrink plastic, and so is the 'key chain' thingey.
Lastly, the flowers decor on the base of the fan is made of craftfoam pcs attached to a styrofoam board ^_^
