Description
For some reason I doodle him often, so here's tiny messy dump.
Chernysh/Черныш is his nickname, comes from Russian word for 'black' (colour).

1 - His father, a parrot Tyflugel species, in his finest colours
2 - His mother, a black Pokatzuar lady
3 - Small kiddo, no markings nor bright colours
4 - Adult form, with plates becoming bright red and dorsal coverts gaining the same red colouration as his father's; his wings are owl-ish (actually bigger than in this dump, had to save up space), giving him silent flight and easy lift, back legs are bird-like. The eye marking came when he reached maturity.

Honestly no idea what to do with him yet, just a concept. I only want to squeeze him as he looks so adorable being all ruffled up as on 4th.
