I love the B&W version of this image, however the color with this gives it such intensity.
There is only one thing that bothers me and that is the root area in her part is not red as the rest of her hair.

this is also a fantastic image but your Monochrome version of this looks 10 times better, not a stab at her hair colour as it's a good colour but the B&W version is way better in my eyes anyway
