9 special costumes comes with the collector's edition Kasumi and the other 8 girls for Ps4 and for Vita Nyotengu and the others 8As far as I know this game (On dlc) is cross-buy so if you get dlc on Vita you get it on Ps4 as well

Yes, i did not find any info about those bikinis and i'm not sure if those are going to be part of the collector´s edition or exclusives on "X" console (To unlock, since if you get bot versions you can get them)
