I drew this badboy in 2002. Drawing 101 baby!
We had to do a full-scale self portrait of out entir bodies. I fucked mine up fromt he get-go because I drew my head a bit too small. My drawing came out pretty good looking, and my drawing teacher (Erik Sandberg) noted that "I made myself look too pretty". Jokes on him, I am pretty.

I found this months ago and gave it to my mom (even though I was gonna throw it out. Fucking art cluttering up my room). She took it to her work to get laminated where one of her coworkers exclaimed that the drawing "Looked like Jesus." Hahaha, I get that a lot. When my mom said "That's my son" another coworker about 30 years old said "He's Hot!" See? What does Erik know? Pssh. It's now hanging downstairs on the door to our laundry room.

The wrinkles on the face are from the lamination. Still, this is a pretty good drawing though. I could've done better, but whatever. I was also the only one in the class who didn't use black conte. I used a redish brown umbery color.
