Description
Anyone who knows me knows I'm a wrestling fan, and I love different styles of wrestling from all over the world. As far as wrestlers from Japan, I think my favorite wrestler of all would have to be Super Delfin. What little wrestlign fans are on DA, I don't know how many are familiar with Japanese wrestling promotions, and of those few that are know anything about this guy. I'll let you know why he's a favorite of mine.Super Delfin was made famous in japan for not only wrestling with a great junior weight style, but also wrestling with a great sense of humor. He wrestles the way he wants to rather than do what everyone else is doing, but his in-ring persona is highly entertaining. I remember one time he got knocked out of the ring into the crowd in the front row. he landed on this girl, and instead of getting off and acting hurt or something, he sat their flirting with the girl before he got back in the ring.
He started a juniorweight promotion in Japan called Osaka Pro, and the style of the compant is a mix between lucha-inspired lightweight, fast-paced wrestling and comedy. Usually wrestlers who do comedy bits all the time become labeled as joker wrestlers and don't get pushed like they should, but Super Delfin is one of those few who can entertain through his wrestling skill as well as his humor, and is a very popular and entertaining wrestler.
So this is some fan art for my favorite wrestler from the Land of the Rising Sun. This may be a really obscure fan art few can relate too, but this is actually one of my favorite pieces I've done in a long time.

Maybe I'm thinking of a different game, but isn't there like...tons of Unknowns who you beat to unlock new moves?

I dunno...I've never heard about that. I just remember he's the blue-masked guy right next to The Claw.

Few have I'm sure. He hasn't done much in the US. He worked in Mexico for a while, but he mostly works in Japan. He's very cool though, I promise
