History
Kithood
Forestkit was born to Thistlefeather, his father, and Fernclaw, his mother. His mother gave birth to him in the forest, along with a stillborn brother. His mother decided not to name the stillborn kit, but gave him the name Forestkit in honor of giving birth outside of camp without a medicine cat around. Once she buried the unnamed kit, she took Forestkit back to ThunderClan camp, only to be called a mousebrain for leaving camp so far into her pregnancy.

Other than that exciting trip that he didn't remember (it was often used against him when he wanted to leave camp), he lived a relatively normal kithood. Both his parents doted on him, and he made many friends with the other kits in the nursery. However, because of his parents babying him, he gained anxiety when having to do something by himself. He often waited until his mother or friend was around to do something new.

His favorite thing to do was hide in piles of snow and surprise other cats by jumping out of it. He got yelled at a lot from doing that, but he often let the words just go over his head.

Apprenticeship
As his apprenticeship grew closer, he nervously began to over groom his front legs from the thought of not being a kit anymore. At his apprentice ceremony, he had patches of bald spots on his legs but made sure to not look at any of his clanmates other than Nightstar and his new mentor Thistlebloom. He's still trying to adjust to his new role, but everyday he gets more like himself instead of a ball of anxious fur.
