I drew this a while back, and haven't really had the desire nor the utter strength to fix this one up and submit it on dA.Yes, that is Elizabeth (Liz) Sherman, Hellboy's girlfriend from the movie. Please ... jusy don't bother telling me that they aren't dating in the comic books. I know
And it sucks.Sorry to "spoil" the news, but as most Hellboy fans should already know, Liz gets pregnant (Oh my GAWD!) with twins in the sequel, does she not? And so ... to properly celebrate the release of Hellboy II: The Golden Army, I have decided to clean this perticular picture up a bit, added a really strange backhround to it which I now regret adding in the first place, and am now solemnly submitting to the internet.
I. Hate. This. Picture. So half assed. BUT! I'm desperate to submit something, anything, and here you go. Tablet's still a cheap lump of horse manure and is quite usless at the moment (though I was able to clean this up, as you can see ... well, I tried to clean it up anyway)
No, Liz is NOT frying her unborn babies, she's heating 'em up a bit. (It's cold out, geez)

This is amazing, better than my crap. To me it seems to have a sense of a bond that is very beautiful, and the idea of having her warm up her twins, That is really sweet, very maternal. Amazing job!!!

I think it's utterly adorable! She looks very content... and I love that she's heating them (frying them... LOL)
I agree that the background doesn't do so much for the picture, but the drawing itself has a nice pose and nice expression.
