A pic I commissioned fromRemember the heart breaking scene in The Sword in the Stone where Arthur becomes a squirrel. The part where Merlin changes Arthur back, breaking the heart of that sweet little female squirrel always upset me.
In this version, Arthur decides to take a different path.

It's a Disney movie about King Arthur as a kid meeting Merlin and how Arthur discovered the sword.

Oh you like him or you hate him? If you hate him, I'll respect your opinion, though I'm obssesed with Ector 100 % big time because he needs love and respect. I'll be following you from now on since we both love the Sword in the Stone

Hate seems too strong. I don't like him because of how he treated Arthur and was only nice to him once he pulled out of famous sword. It's as though the movie was saying that if Arthur hadn't of been destined to be *that* Arthur that the abuse would have continued.
I admit that I can't help but wonder, what of all the kids who aren't destined for the same? Did Merlin help them? Probably not. It just feels wrong to me.

More like saved the world and went back to see Merlin the Squirrel again while Arthur changes back to a squirrel and accepts her as his...*clears my throat* mate. But Arthur's advisor said that they need to go back to his castle, so Arthur decided to bring Merlin with him as she and Arthur turns into a human now.

Merlins little lesson backfired here. Alway's kinda pissed me off how Merlin put Arthurs life on the line with the whole fish thing.
