i have the bad kind of art block
i cant draw for shiiiiitttt
so sorry if this looked crappy TTwTT

susies design:
i thought since susie was gonna be all,, good(?) that they'd be a bit less intimidating
also in lancers orginal design, he has his little symbol on his chest, and i thought susie would like that as well
but instead it;s an S for susie XD
also the little patches on her pants are also based on her original overworld design. he original pants had holes in them, so i thought she could've sewn them up

lancer design:
based on susies original design, lancer is wearing a hood to cover his face, like susie does with her hair.
then in the end when susie shows her eyes, lancer could be taking his hood off to show is face/head :3
i also though that since the overworld designs were a bit more de-saturated, i'd do the same for lancers overworld design, then in the lowerworld he;d have more saturated colors
i also changed his boot colors to give him a bit more intimidating look
