Description
At the far ends of the underworld, a horrible creature crawls around. The smell of it makes your nose bleed. His rawr hurts your ears. And his sight is one you'll keep having in your nightmares. This beast is there to stop you from going into the underworld and stop the devils and the dead from coming up. He is the most terrifing creature in existence. Feared by every being... The dragon of Death!Took me more nearly a year to finish this guy. I've been busy and I had some trouble with getting a new tablet. So i never really got to finish it. But he is done now!
The bone structure is extremely difficult. I've used dinosaur skeletons for it. I did make up the rotten flesh. I enjoyed drawing that.
I think this took me over 50 hours, could be more could be less. I simply don't remember. It's drawn and sketched in PS CS 3

OH. MY. GOSH. THAT IS SO BLIPPIN' COOL!!!!!!!!!! IT'S SCARY LOOKING, BUT IN SUCH A COOL WAY THAT IT MAKES ME WANT TO HUG IT JUST TO BE CLOSE TO SOMETHING WITH THAT AMOUNT OF AWESOME, EVEN IF IT CAUSES ME TO GO DEAF AND GIVES ME SUCH A BAD NOSEBLEED THAT I NEED A BLOOD TRANSFUSION !!!!!! I also like how he's not completely 100% pure evil because he keeps Devils from escaping and taking over the world, that's so cool!

I dream of meeting a Dragon, and this Dragon scares the absolute hell out of me. Perhaps I will have nightmares! (This is a wonderful piece of artwork, you have quite the talent for this work. I love it!!)

This drawing is epic! I really like how you detailed out the skeleton of the Dragon and then making it look undead and the choice of colors and adding dead flesh parts is really nice too.

Another excellent peice of zombie undead likeness! And I usually hate undead stuff. The short story I'm working on involves a shadow dragoness who has her own 'kingdom' of undead dragons and other spirits and her living/dead daughter.
PS: I know I've asked alot already but whats the best way to come up with dragon names? do you go online or think them up yourself or what?? I'm having trouble naming the shadow dragoness 'queen'
I don't have anything of it up yet cause I want to wait till I've got something solid ya know?

I'm actually pretty bad with names. But there are ways to find good ones. like look up de latin names of animals. You can find them easy when you use wikipedia you could also combine certain names or mix them up. Names of foreign city's are also a good inspiration.

i love the bone structure of this dragon it's amazing, The flesh is also very well done it gives it more of a horrorfying look it's great. (p.s) i typed this before reading, i always seem to look at the picture first i don't often miss the comment though.)
Also the background you drew matches it so well.
