wow! this reminds me of some of Gustav Dore's masterful woodcut illustrations to Paradise Lost, maybe the ones showing Lucifer falling from the heavens...

So glad you got this DD, I really thought you deserved such recognition for your work. 
I eventually settled on this one because I think it demonstrates your amazing ability to paint water and your fantastic use of lighting. I really do feel as if I'm out at sea in a storm.

The colours and are simply gorgeous here and absolutely love the way the water is painted. This is just incredibly well done. Seems like a storm amidst the sea - I'd be freaked in a scenario such as the one that is displayed here.
