though it just sort of became a jester... i'd like to think that i was subconsciously influenced by Scuzzbopper...and you'll be my best friend if you know where Scuzzbopper comes from.

Twice Upon a Time. One of my favorite movies as a little one and I especially loved everyone from the Murk, Scuzzarino included. Such a cool movie with memorable characters. I liked the part when Ibor the robot/television Gorilla played the "That's All Folks!" music from Warner Brothers Cartoons before exploding.

and it's animation style of using tissue paper pioneered an unique form in the medium, with only South Park as a close descendant of that process. Really impressionable on me as a child as well. The ink bombs were truly terrifying.

The nightmare bombs? That was a really cool effect, yeah. Very scary and dirty looking. It really worked well for me. One of my other favorite parts was when Mumford disguised himself as a bomb, and Synonamess Botch jumped out the window to avoid getting gassed while shouting "I want my blanky! I want my mommy!"
