not exactly fan art...these are two of my earliest..and only consistant ink creations: Bat-Maloy and Robyn Jr. ..which you've seen before.this was inspired by a panel i did for the minicomic: You're a Real Jerk Bat-Maloy. which in turn is inspired by my favorite era of batman comics: the goofy silver age! where they actually did this kind of stuff.
if only people weren't so bent on grim and gritty...siiiigh.

this is awful. make fun of superman or aquaman or something. batman is sacred and beautiful and you have molested him as badly as that campy series.

and what's wrong with a little molestation now and again? and have you read the 'campy' series, i'm sure you're refering to the classic silver age period, with industry greats like dick sprang and even Bob Kane (the creator of the characters) drawing? there's gold in them thar hills! perhaps i shall have to write up my justification on why those stories are in fact the 'truer' visions of batman and robin and how these endless and monotonous 'grim and gritty' revamps are just ways to delay the inevitable conclusion of where the characters are headed. in fact, Alan Moore and Grant Morrison have openly stated they favor that era above the rest. but i'm glad your obsession and adoration is devout, you must really love him deeply.
and by the way, these two ain't batman and robin, it clearly states they are bat-maloy and robyn jr. two completely different personas than their copyrighted counterparts. of course i know batman and robin wouldn't act like this, they have no whimsical bones in their bodies, let alone real human emotions or genetalia. jeez.

yes. my comment was a joke too. however, that old batman is not the one people should know and love. it's too happy. batman is dark, period. but let's not argue. it's all fiction anyway. and I love comedy. I understand caricatures and such. I was joking about your joking. that's a bit hard to get across on a machine, though. my voice would be wraught with sarcasm if I were talking out loud.
