Finally got her hair mesh done. Feels good, man. All I have to do now is texture her hair, legs & heels, model her maiden greatsword & two-hander, port, rig, & add all the miscellaneous details.I'm proud of this hair model. I don't understand why.
8 hours. 3311 tris. 1869 verts.

Unfortunately I'm not the person you should go to for base advice, as I haven't really modeled any bases before, but there are tutorials here & on YouTube for modeling that kind of thing that you should be able to make some use out of.

Exactly! If it weren't for the concept art, I never would've been able to deduce that Salem's coat-tail was attached to her shoulders.
