I didn't draw these, just printed them and colored them.Its for a guide for hair/skin/eye colors pretty much.

I'ver never used Prismacolors because they're too expensive (IM VERY CHEAP) but with markers like crayola markers or prang or whatever it's hard to get a solid bolck of color because the ink gets darker when it gets layered over, and its hard to color without going over where youve already colored .
*gasp gasp wheeze wheeze*
Does that problem go away with Prismacolors, or is there some magic technique I'm missing?

With Prismacolors the streaking diminishes HIGHLY because of it although you still get some streaking on larger areas.
