i am on 8.1 too, i use ifunbox on the pc to put it on the phone, unzip, drop the folder into library/themes

Just got an iPhone and I am new at this, so bear with me. I copied the .theme and selected it in winterboard. However after 'respringing', I dont see any changes. I am on 7.0.4 iPhone 5 (jailbroken ofc)

yes mate they are originally for android, Β you would need to name everything correctly, you couldnt just use this as it is, see link above dude from Akoe they are named for android.
