This Koopa, has a funny face. Also rainbow hair, he's pretty cool.I promise that is his tongue and not lipstick, promise.
I hope this looks decent, the hair doesn't move as much as the others but it still looks alright, right?
I also remembered to add the proper shell colour to him, so hurray!
