You get it at random. The only Mega Man trophy I know of that you get from beating a challenge is the Dr. Light one. It's weird though, I have trophies of all five Mega Men in the Wii U version. But in the 3DS version, I'm missing Volnutt.

Hit Sandbag between 1,640 and 1,656 feet in Home Run Contest with R.O.B. I haven't beaten it yet.
