Description A design for a canceled game project.

This was the near to final version of the in game model of Project X Design02 (the dominatrix one) [link] . Notice here that she's sporting a different hair style (which was all for the better!).

Once again this was done by 3D guru Jason Smith, whose work can be seen in a variety of places, like DC Universe Online. [link] Amazing stuff!

The transition looks awesome - I think you can get away with making female characters looking this way as long as you inject style and creativity into the outfit.

What is her poly count do you know? Cause this work is amazing! I am in school learning this stuff so I am trying to pick up on as much as possible. Which is why I ask so many questions.

I don't know what her polycount is, but I'm pretty sure this was the high poly version that still needed a low poly version made.

Hmm, he did a fairly good job at modeling it, although I have problems with the torso. There aren't enough curves at the part of the back just under the arms (really not easy to describe though text lol). It just makes the top of her torso look straight and thin while the hips widen out shortly after. In other words it kinda makes her look fat from the front perspective. But I'm just nitpicking his work because I'm doing some modeling myself in Maya (I'm by no means a professional yet since I'm still in school for it) and because this is the internet and it allows people like me to make remarks such as this haha. The texturing and lighting its top notch and the face is really well done and smooth. All in all I dig it (apart from the top torso). He did a really good job overall, shame it won't be made :/

Because I can't really see that outfit being used anywhere outside of Amsterdam's Red-Light district.

That is an astounding amount of different styles and looks for that. Most FPS settle for like 15-20 skins and then rotate through them.

Makes me sad this game got cut, and not only because of the babes.

Echoing Falingard, I'd like to see how your faces translated to a 3d model. That's part of your art's drawcard, you've got a distinct face-style.

Did the focus groups give reasons for the more realistic face?

The environments were realistic looking, and the cartoonish aspects of my characters made them not seem to match to the focus group.

Ah, I can see that realistic environs and cartoonish characters could clash. A shame they couldn't cartoonify the environments; there's enough "realistic" 3d games out there. It's the ones that stretch it like Ratchet and Clank (and your original designs) that make me part with my cash. *Sigh*

This model was done by Jason Smith. It was based on one of my designs.

Zbrush is Jason's weapon of choice.

Breasts two cupsize larger and a nice jiggling motion in both her breasts and ass while running/walking during the game and sign me up for purchase. Hopefully the rest if the game wouldn't suck so bad that it ruins the visual experience of the beautiful women.

Yes, I got that.
However there have been many "canceled projects" that were remade and re-released. There is always hope in games if the characters are great.

That's a shame that they decided to stray away from the style of your style of drawing faces after focus testing. It's certianly a neat render though.

To be honest though, I preferred her original hair style, though I guess the more realistic face looks better with this style of hair.
