Description
Designs for a canceled game project.Playing with a swimsuit theme here. Keep in mind these swimsuits were never going to be in the final game, it was a exploration of the theme.
You'll also notice that this one uses the same base model, with just different details. I experimented with using this technique (as opposed to drawing the entire figure for each character), on a couple sets. It definitely sped things up.

I like the designs. The girl in the swimsuit with the knife reminds me of the girl from the bond movie with strangeways. It has Roger Moore as Bond. Lol.

From left to right: Baywatch, Tomb Raider (generic), Tomb Raider Underworld, Dejah Thoris at the beach.
And you know what? They're improvements on every single theme. Nice Job.

I've had an idea for a comic that would utilize this flat look (or close to flat), much along the lines your talking about in fact. I keep wondering if all the heavily rendered stuff out there has readers numb to it. It'd probably be a real novelty to do something flat/animation looking nowadays.
