BIONIC SIX!After a while of not posting and taking way too long to attack these characters, I finally chained myself down to do a take on these characters.
Probably one of my most favorite cartoons of the 80's growing up, of course besides the mainstream Transformers and GI Joe. I have no idea why it's not on DVD (not the dubbed vhs taped from Sci fi channel or on youtube or google)

Of course I'll be doing the rest of them and even have other things in mind. Let me know what you think AND your memories of the cartoon series. I want to start a little discussion about it and what you like about the series.

Watched episodes on Youtube recently. One of the best show's during it's time and remake definitely needs to be made. No cartoons like 80's cartoons.

My fav episode is called the "Perceptor Files".
It featured a very cool Daredevil type character.

Ryan!!! Man, Bionic Six is my all-time favorite cartoon..EVER!! I was going to do my take on them, too. I sketched some funny looking headshots of them years back, but they sucked. LOL.

Very nice, I loved the show. I've been wanting to do an updated version of them that I would like to see. (kinda like what I'm doing with Jem and the Holograms ) I still will though. I even went as far as making Bionic 1 as a wrestler 'cause when I was a lot younger I had a wrestling ring which suited toys that were GI JOE size. Video [link]

Don't remember that cartoon...but I do remember the Hammerman cartoon with the magic shoes and the one with the sports all stars as secret agents.

It was ok, I guess. It wasn't really around long enough to make any real lasting impact in my mind. That, and my folks just didn't have the resources for me to get the toys to every show I liked, so it really depended on the quality of the program that decided if I'd likely remember, or support it now.

dang this is old school. one of my favorites back in the day along with Galaxy Rangers, M.A.S.K., & a slew of other great 80's cartoons.
always dug how they would transform with that nifty ring & bracelet/wrist thing.
they need to bring this back updated

Oh yea, MASK was one of my favorites too. Galaxy Rangers was cool, but after looking at it again, it was kinda weird. lol
Another fav was Mighty Orbots. I might try my take on them too.

No, we exchanged a few emails some years back. I was trying to break into games and animation and you gave me a few tips and leads on places to try and things to do. I've been in the games industry for three years now. Think some of our exchanges helped a bit on that so thanx. Maybe you'll see something you recognize from back then in my gallery.

OH MY GOD! I've brought this show up to friends and they look at me like I'm out of my god damn mind. I loved this show. The opening was INCREDIBLE and still is!

Your friends don't know what they're missing! Yes I agree about the opening. Actually, I wasn't going to say anything, but I'm going to attempt to redo the opening piece by piece. I messed around with Adobe Premiere for a video I made.
