His mouth looks painful - like it looks like he is pushing his bottom teeth inbetween his top teeth. I like the background texture behind him. Did you do the background in photoshop or was that by hand too? If done by hand then how?

This is fantastic! What's wrong with people on this website, art like this should definately be getting more attention. You have an amazing style. First off, the pencils are pro quality. I love the details to his brow line and neck. I like what you did with his teeth, very creative! Great job with the colours, I love the depth you've created.
