So I'm always happy to see a viltrumite caliber throwdown it's coupled with a "DEAR GOD NO!" that every spidey fan must've felt when gwen stacy took a plunge *spoiler*

man single handedly one of the greatest lead ins to fight ever. comic, movie, or otherwise.
god this pic is epic.
even more so due to the awesome storytelling in the issue that lead to it. you and robert are making one of the greatest, not just superhero, but frickin' across genres comic ever.
i hate to sound like a fanboy but it peeves me off that invinicble isn't mentioned enough, when people talk about good runs and best comics of all time. in my mind it ranks higher than dark knight returns, watchmen, kingdom come, etc. cause those ultimately are just updates of old characters. but what you, kirkman and ottley have done is built upon the past and created something that's remarkably genuine.
i co-host a podcasr for the Savannah College of Art and Design called Seqalab and everytime people start mentioning greatest comics ever i through in invincible, which just flat out deserves to stand next to maus, gaimman's sandman, blankets, etc. and should not be slighted just cause it's about a kid in spandex.
good job guys, i'm with you until the end or until, u guys do something really lame with it, lol.

the X's are so the inker knows to ink the whole area black, but since I ended up wanting a finished look for this page I went ahead and colored it all in.

Are you INSANE drawing all those focus lines? Holy crap lots of respect for that man. I would never attempt to drawing every single one of those lines 1.it wouldn't look as cool. 2.i don't have the patience 3.i have a computer program that does that....yes maybe that's cheating, but its a time saver.

amazing work as always, just borrowed the first 9 books (volumes), from the boyf yet again, and am in the process of buying the first 3 libraries of invincible, i'm so sucked in
