Here is a page of monkeys ready to attack the Oz team, or the other way around. This page is a couple years old, I drew it sometime in 2003, but since this book is FINALLY coming out THIS year, I can show some pages. I wish I could show the colored page, it's much nicer, very clear to look at, but I lost it when my computer crashed a while ago and I havn't got a new color file from the writer yet. George Perez look out!! Seriously Wya, that's one wickedly drawn page, mega props. I've saw this in previews back in april and it cuaght my eye, but when i saw your name on it, i put it down in my book. Looking at this page I'm glad I did!!
I've been wondering this for a while, how long does it take you to generally draw a page, plus how long did this one take?

Cool! Glad you are picking it up. I usually do 2 pencil pages a day and 3 inks another day, but OzF5 took a little longer per page. Sometimes it was a day on pencils and a day on inks.

Man, at first I thought Dorothy was holding a fish. A large, wet trout preferably. Just how satisfying it must be to slap someone with a trout (it's now on my list of things to do once I go insane).
Other than that though, this page is completely crazy. Monkey-crazy. Absolutely insane, even. You have some admireable skill and patience. And that's undoubtedly a very tasty combo.

Nah I just went to Google and typed in "differnt Monkey poses" and that's where I got all the different poses. Easy. Ok not really, I just kept drawing in Monkey's in differnt positions, I wonder how many Monkey's there are? Hmmmmmmmm.
