Ya gotta love the RULK!Did this at Draw night last night. We had a nice big showing, lots of artists hangin out.
The radical Derek let me borrow his home made watercolor set and I went to town on this Red Hulk sketch.
The red Hulk comic was fun I thought, seemed like he could kill anybody. Of course the main reason why I liked the book was because of the art, the team of Ed McGuinness and Dexter Vines was extremely pleasing to say the least. But why would I only wanna say the least? To say the most it was absolutely mind-blowing seeing what those two can lay down on paper. So yeah, this sketch is a little shout-out to the fun that was Red Hulk.

Here's a geeky question, if wolverine servived that fight and he regrew the hadn, it would just be normals claws because he can't regrow the Ademantium, can he? Also I don't think he's have beat Thor and Iron man combined. Sure Spidey, Cap and Wolfie would have been gone in a sinch but ol' Shell head and Goldie locks are made of harder stuff.

yea they made the Red Hulk a straight beast..... It's about time Hulk has a foe that can match his strength..... this piece reminds me of the Maestro..... i wonder though, why was the oldschool hulk fighting him, why wasn't he the Planet Hulk mentality?

It's not Bruce Banner. Rulk is actually a bad ass story line.

I know it's not bruce banner, and although it's well written. The character seemed over played and drawn out, I mean common you "kill" A-Bom, you take out Hulk, you fight other characters, you fight A-Bom again, and then the Hulk takes you down. In my personal opinion If the hulks limit less world breaking abilities can can defeat the whole planet how can he not take out a limited character like Rulk?

Bruce doesn't remember ww hulk or sakaar. He does nearly remember though i can not recall what issue it was. I have all of them and will look into this.The idea is that if he remembers those events he can become the world breaker again; but as it sits he is drained of his radiation powers by Red Hulk and can not transform. I don't think he minds this. Rulk is General Ross and Red She-Hulk is Betty.

I know who Rulk, and Red She Hulk are, I'm just speaking on the number of marvel spin offs and the issue of not being able to link these stories together I know Rulk has the ability to drain hulk of his powers, and that's all fine a good. but If the hulks rage is "limitless" then why can he not have the ability dormant even if he's had a partial amount of his abilities drain (As what happened in the story)?.

The only spin off in the hulk series of late that did'nt tie in and is a little out there is Hiro Kala's story. The hulk's rage is limitless; Banner could not turn into the hulk. However this month in Incredible Hulk 610, Hulk is finally back and looks ready to "SMASH". I thought all of the stories came together very well and the climax was very entertaining.
