Description
Well, I built that Enterprise a while ago but never really used it for anything, so I decided to make a scene for it.Be gentle, it's my first real attempt with a spacescape.
Download for a nice big version.
I totally forgot to mention that I used DemosthenesVoice's amazing brushes [link] for the sun flare.

Very sweet! I think the spacescape is perfect.
Something does feel a bit out of place with the ship though. I'm having trouble putting my finger on it. Maybe because it's all so well in focus?

I'm thinking a big issue is that the sun reflection on the hull is a little higher than it should be. When I rendered it, the ship was a lot lower in the scene.

That's probably it! I really still can't put my finger on it, makes sense since I have no idea about this stuff XD Oh I never mentioned, I really like those horizontal flares on the ship lights, just like the new movie!

The lens flares do add a nice visual element, but I tried to tame them a bit compared to the movie.

I hear that XD I actually though something was wrong with the theater or something at first. It looks great the first few times bu constantly through the whole movie and even in normal dialogue scenes? That's so weird...

Now render it being blown up by the Millennium Falcon.
You could get featured if the DA Admins are Star Wars fans.

lol! I love Star Wars way more than Trek, but there's something about the Enterprise that draws me in.
My next model will be a Star Wars design though. No worries about that.
