It's actually Hinata from Naruto dressed up as Jasmine from Disney, that's why the peace symbol is not exactly that symbol but the hand position that the ninjas use to make the seals of the justsus

What a cool crossover! Didn't even know it was Hinata until I took a closer gander at it. That's just how well the two characters blend in here. Not exactly the princess someone would want to trifle with, though.
You did quite a few things I like here, beside the idea itself. I really like your strokes throughout the drawing. From the folds to the highlights and strands of the hair, they really do a great job of giving the entirety of the piece some depth, believability, and style. I also like the pose a lot, as you found a nice balance between the cuteness of a princess with the attitude of a ninja (dat sneaky kunai, lol). Lastly, the textures also give the piece a nice atmosphere without being a distraction.
Great work on this! And this is coming from someone that's not even much of a Jasmine fan.
