Just quick help for you, you send me a lot of notes about how i paint eyes after my last picture, so here isΒ easy step, done in Paint tool SAI but im sure you can handle it in any other software. Enjoy

10 to 11 is pretty easy. Make a new layer and add some soft white, or even blue, spots. Then take an eraser to create the eyelash reflections.
