Description
0.use only one layer1.draw a outline with dark color
2.use lighter color
3.again use lighter color ,i use same brushes like there ryky.deviantart.com/art/Light-β¦
4.create new layer with "LUMINOSITY" settings and make glowing with lighter color
5.create again new layer with same settings "luminosity" select lighter color and make some sparkle details.

What program do you use? There's a work-around for every Art program, it's just how obscure it is to people xD

I usually do drawing in ArtRage, but I find GIMP better for actual effects. Also have access to Artweaver 4

Well, I'm not sure about ArtRage or Artweaver, as I've never used them, but GIMP has all the same capabilities as PS, and is actually better for specific sizes and such

Paint Tool SAI will do these effects when you click the down arrow next to normal on the layers menu and then select the special effect. Β Some people find SAI as a free download on specific websites, and some, like me, paid about fifty dollars for it. Β Lots of other programs do it too, SAI isn't the only one, but SAI is the only one I specifically know of. Β Hope this is helpful!

I'd love to see an explanation so we don't have to guess about the effects.Β I'd also like to see a full tutorial with a whole face and steps instead of just an eye or lips because its hard to paint in those features with good positioning and blending and make it look right on a face.
