More stupid than sad I thought; as much as I appreciate the fact that RTD brought the series back (pretty much single-handedly) the man couldn't write his way out of a wet paper bag.

Actually, that was probably the coolest part of the whole series finale (the rest of it was one face-palm moment after another... THE PAINTBALL GUN SHOULD HAVE WORKED DAMMIT). I was kinda expecting Doctor-Donna and Doctor 2.0 to be the start of a new race or something.

The whole "her human side will burn out" crap was crap by his own declaration since Doctor 2.0 himself said that they were BOTH exactly half-human and half-timelord so anything that applied to one should have applied to both. WTF made Doctor 2.0 so special?! Cause he had the same face as David Tennant?! Come on! Grr! Nerd-rage is ON!
