Probably nothing. The resentment would have just built more completely. Look at history. Blood or not, nearly all younger brothers were denied the throne in a monarchy. They often killed the older brother (or would force the kingdom to split). Loki doesn't have the personality of a forgiving man, and I don't think that he would have developed one if he'd known from the get-go that he was could have been a King without argument had he never been adopted.
Also, he killed his real father without hesitation... sooo I doubt it's a matter of him thinking he missed out his "real" parents. I don't think he thinks his Asgardian family was a bad family and I don't think he hates them at all. Loki doesn't seem to necessarily want power, either... he just doesn't want Thor to have it because Thor is retarded and a complete douchecake. Seriously. Read dem comics. Loki is on the "bad" side only because Thor is on the "good" side. That's literally the only reason he's a bad guy.
I won't go any deeper than that, though. Not on dA comments. Especially because, inevitably, someone will chime in about Slepnir and all that. Wrong lore, guys. This is the comic (actually, it's the movie, if you want to be specific).
