Well, if you can't speak English, this is going to be difficult, but here I go anyway.

This is what I consider great fan art.
Not only have you rendered Selvaria with great quality, but seeing how her design is slightly different, I'm guessing you put your own spin on her outfit. The thing that I like about it is that the integrity of the original design has been maintained. And it looks great! This could easily pass for an official alternate costume for her.

I could go on and on giving you praise for your technical prowess, but I would like to say one thing.
Her top is split in two at the neck and the two pieces stretch down to cover her breasts, while also separating to show as much cleavage as possible. If it were me, I would have the two pieces stretch over each other below the neck to form an "x".
