I've been interesting in the backstory and origins of Android Red, examples including his reasons for serving the Time Breakers and committing atrocities. Since being revived as an Android fulfilled his dream of being tall, his life is now complete and no longer has any goals in life. I used to theorize (and assume that Towa was the one who rebuilt the commander) that Red did those things out of gratitude for his wishes fulfillment; but a conversation on YouTube threw that theory out the window. Oh well.

Wait a minute I thought Dr.Gero rebuilt him and true now he got his wished of being taller, now he has to get his revenge on Goku for humiliated the Red Ribbon Army and continue his hat red ribbon armies desire conquest and that is why they made allise to the Time Breakers.

Well Gero was the one who rebuilt him; I just mistakenly assumed that Towa was the one who did so.
