That is very sweet and adorable. The soft colors and warm lightning make this even more pleasant and peaceful to look at. Is she a gymnast or a ballet dancer?

I must agree with you. She does have cute feet.Β
(Especially for a dancer. Or she's new to ballet.)

If she practices regularly, then that's quite a feat for her or she knows one killer massage therapist and pedicurist. (Or ballet is a non-constant hobby for her.)
People in ballet aren't known for having the prettiest feet in the world. If you go in with soft, smooth feet, they'll end up rough, calloused and lose their original shape.

a very warm rendering, the angle of the neck looks slightly off, but otherwise very pretty.

Thanks 94KOME ! The lines were drawn with an actual pencil.
I use Photoshop, but only for coloring and effects.

While I found nothing to criticize in your art, I'd point out the two things I liked the most: the manga style is present but not too invasive, the impression is realistic, yet the lines are kept simple and the details are not excessive and one doesn't get tired in the process of looking at them. This relaxing feeling is helped a lot with the choice of colours and the facial expressions - and this picture is probably the best example of what I mean!Β
I wouldn't mention the colouring part in its details since I'm pretty ignorant with electronic devices (and colouring in general), but the effect is pretty good, so you've surely done a great job!

Very sweet looking. You did good on the skin shading. Skin can be quite a tricky devil to achieve.

Quite a devil indeed. I think you have to have at least 5 layers to emulate skin, and it's even harder to do traditionally. Thanks, I'm glad you appreciate that part.
