2nd Copic fun that i was blessed with while Lovie =Shinerai was visiting me <3

random creature that i colored.

Shin did the sketch, and this time i got to try my hand at the lining as well, which... i've always had a complex about., as well as the Copic coloring.
tried too many new things with it though and i think i suffered for it;
tried using a brush micron, instead of standard.
coupled with my lack of lining experience, it started to derail.
Lovie had lots of helpful information for me though, REALLY helpful information. <3 -hug-

Funnest part was doing the Copics (again)
as little of coloring as i've ever done, i've done even less coloring traditionally,
and a random creature with unknown colors was probably the most intimidating thing for me in this piece,
everything after that was alright.

technically speaking though, i do feel i made a few mistakes as far as layering goes; shadows mostly.

Also tried it on a much thinner paper than before, the Copic Marker Paper, to be specific.
still not sure if i liked it better or not.
thankfully, Lovie left me some extra pieces so i can fiddle around a bit when i get the chance.

All things considered, i feel it was a success ^^
if not from a craftsmanship standpoint,
then from a technical standpoint; it turned out rather pretty, and i also learned a bunch.
