Just some more coloring practice, I saw this and loved her expression and hair so I had to color it. I'll coloring another pic soon, too, but I think it'll be digital cuz that's fun when I get bored. Basically to quell my boredom using a pretty picture.And by the way, the Ouran High School Host Club dub is hysterical. Best insult ever=SEX PIXIE.
ANYWAY.

If not, look or eat yourself XD It's her character Ceci.Coloring done w/ Prismacolor pencils.

I think you've improved a bunch Ryou, the shades you pick to blend together are so dreamy and bubble-gum poppy. I especially enjoy her hair and the little angel wing in her hair.

wow, thats amazing! You truely are a spectacular traditional artist! Love the colour tones and the consistancy of the colours- they look smooht, not all broken up and dodgy like a lot of colouring pieces end up like. The white [paint?] dots also give a great, shiny effect.
So overall, great work!!! I'ts beautiful

The drawing is nice, but the coloring is really very good! Wonderful use of shading and blending. You colored her hair beautifully! : D

Lol, it's hard to explain. It involves tons of layers and tons of blending with the white pencil, then going over it like 3 more times XD I still need to make a tutorial.

try to enhance the color in photoshop:
1. level 0 ! 1.20 ! 255
2. Saturation -20
3. photo filter (magenta) +25
4. color balance:
shadow 0 ! -50 ! -100
mid 0 ! 0 ! +100
highlight 0 ! +24 ! 0
see the difference.. maybe you'll like it.

I can't find photo filter 0.o
I looked under filter but it's not there.
But without that it looks nice, too, it looks more like the original scan since the scanner washes out the colors. ^_^ Thanks for the suggestion!
