The girl is wearing an interesting outfit. Do you know why?

This was taken at West Hollywood's annual outdoor Halloween festival. She was with a troupe of similarly dressed friends. People were taking photos of the five others, but she went around and was watching them.

I would like to see more shots of this event. Do you have more?

well - you obviously were able to expose a 400 c41 roll in the night. i guess 1/8th handheld.

the scene itself is pretty random but i can't decide if i like that. either it's obviously random and well photographed or there is some context. both isn't really the case.

it's looking nice though

It was probably at 1/30th (f/1.4). I fogged my film, (ran it through once shooting light sources at ei800 then again at ei800 for the actual shots). I did a second roll the same, but pushed one stop, which was effectively ei1600. I want to try it with 800 speed film, so I can shoot at 3200.

The shots I took this night are really new, so this is the one that I was immediately drawn to, which is why I uploaded it. I'm not sure it's the best shot, I'm not sure if there is a "best" from these rolls. I think, like you're alluding to, it does need context, which I think would come with displaying it with the rest of the photos.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you like it on some level.
