Alright its been almost two weeks since I haven't been drawing. It's about time I get back intodoing my art again. :3 Anyway here is my OC. I plan on doing more OC from now on and less
on doing any fanart.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I ref the last part of the expression of it (the hood).

Mmhm but Bowen's bangs don't criss-cross each other in the center. His are always swept to the right. But other than that, Yeah they could be twins.
