Link back to me if you use it.~I needed a laying base for my signature on Elliquiy so here it is. I left the body mostly without shading for your clothing and shoe making convenience.
I looked at a stock photo to get an idea of how it should look but my anatomy is still kinda weird. Ah well. stock image in question> [link] Caution, it is a nude.

For pixel art I simply use MS paint. Most of my pixels have to do with dolling so if you're interested into getting into dolling I suggest readingΒ

For my other computer art I use Photoshop however its pretty expensive so my suggestion for starting out would be to use GIMP. Its a free program that is similar to photoshop and I have many friends who use it. I hope I answered your question but let me know if there is anything else I can help you withβ₯

Well my suggest is to look up tutorials. When I first started out I just went through deviantart and saved a bunch of tutorials and then practiced their techniques until I got the hang of the program.

Yeah, it looks relaxed. I agree with the critique you've received but yeah, for a bigger base like that, than what you usually do, it's good.

Yeah I gotta pay more attention to those areas. It seems like the arms and hands are where I always messed up lol. And lately I haven't been able to draw boobs for some reason :/ They just look odd to me everytime I draw em.

Hands and feet are the most difficult thing to draw. I still haven't gotten a proper handle on them yet. As for breasts, I think you draw them well. But when a subject is laying down you have to consider gravity and the pull of the muscles, like if the arms are stretched up, and that sort of thing.

Yeah I get what you're saying about the gravity and boobs. I probably should have looked for some more references to get an idea how it should look because the reference I was going by have a different type of boobs than I wanted. If that even makes sense lol.

Yeah I used to text RP with my husband, it's pretty fun. We also played a few MMO's together but we just don't have time for it anymore. I think doing things like that as a couple is fun.

I wish we could have done the texting thing but his phone is so annoying to text on that I just can't see him putting any effort into that sadly. :/ And the only MMO he plays is Guild Wars 2 and that one just isn't as fun for me. The story line thing really throws me off and it just doesn't feel right. I like the mindlessness that an MMO usually has. Adding story line kills that lol! So lame, I know.
I wanted the boobs to be perkier but I just couldn't figure out how to do that and have it lie against the arm correctly. >_> My boobs aren't a good example and I could find any stock that showed what I was looking for.

Aww that sucks. I think it's hard to have an MMO with a storyline because you can do so much that it's hard to keep track of the story. I know when I was playing WoW I knew it had an overarching plot but I didn't care for it because I was too busy running around hehe.
And breasts in that pose wouldn't be perky because of gravity. If they are, then they're fake hehe, or there's a magical push up bra.

Lovely base! I hope you don't mind a little critique.
The pose of the arms is nicely thought out, however the execution itself could be done a little better. The forearms look slightly too short, as does the length of the arm itself, making the positioning a bit awkward. Both arms in the first base appear to be facing the same way, so it looks somewhat strange. The torso could also be lifted at a slight arch to make the left (my left) breast less awkward appearing and more defined.
Overall, wonderful job.

Thanks for the critique. I'll try to pay more attention to the things you mention next time I deal with this base. As for now I gotta get a break from it lol. I spent an hour alone on that stupid foot so yeah. I still got a way to go before my anatomy is acceptable. lol
