Yeah well i only use free mediocre drawing software and the little built in track pad on my laptop to draw.
Most tutorials don't help me because they rely on the use of a tablet where one's drawing skills are directly digitized.

What are layers? is it like an add-on you download for shading?
I never really tried to use Muro, it seems really hard to figure out.

layers are... omg its too much much for my poor eng but i'll try! because i is stabborn as raph!
i cant describe it but i can give you a example!weird isnt it?!
first draw a sketch to one layer. then go to another layer and draw the out lines onto sketch Xd then delete the layer where the sketch is. tadaaaah! xD
best thing about layers is if you ruin the pic while you coloring/shading it, you can eraise it without eraising the other parts. like you are eraising only the shading, not the base color or the out line Xd
if you didnt understand anything, just remember that layers are awesome.
and DeviantArt muro is not that hard to figure out! even i did, buddy! xD go try to draw with muro.
