I really like the vibe of this. The color scheme is nice and pleasing to the eyes : it gives a rather soothing atmosphere.
The fact that one of the feather is in the foreground helps in giving depth in the drawing. About the background, it's pretty simple/ not so original but efficient and the character is well integrated in it.
Enough about the composition and more about the character himself 
His pose and rather neutral expression gives me a kind of melancholic/contemplating feel.
Also the ornaments in his hair are so cool and well done!
Your lines are very clean , and so is your coloring. You took an interesting lightning source, and it immediatly bring me to watch his eyes.
This is a very good piece overall, maybe a more detailled background would have highlighted the character ? Maybe a moon to reference his chara-design aha ?
